Exceptionally clean hotel with ideal location in Venice near water taxi and the train station and Rialto bridge. Great breakfast, a lot of food and beverages.

I came here for 5 nights and had a delightful stay. The hotel was a nice base for enjoying a local area, just off a quiet area, away from the main tourist streets, the restaurant, and the main sights in Venice, as well as "insider" tips. It was in a marvellous location not too far from a style church. I ate at the authentic restaurant near the venue. Enjoyed central heating, an individual safe, and flat-screen television in the room. The terrace was good for breakfasts...

We got very nice value for our money at this B&B in Venice. The room was spacious, clean, and stylish, exceeding our expectations. The location was perfect, close to all the attractions and fantastic restaurants. The hosts, Matteo and Elisabetta, were the nicest we've ever met and made our stay feel like a home away from home.
The breakfast offerings could be expanded with more variety.

The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for things to see and do in the city. The breakfast served on the rooftop terrace was absolutely amazing, with delicious food and a beautiful view. The location was perfect, being close to all the main sights yet tucked away in a quiet area.
The only slight downside was that it was a bit challenging to find the property at first, but it was completely worth it once we arrived.

We had the most amazing romantic escape at this charming hotel. The location was perfect, with plenty of shops and restaurants right at our doorstep. Plus, we were just a short walk away from popular attractions like the Rialto bridge and the train station. The room itself was absolutely gorgeous, just like in the pictures. The decor had a lovely Venetian touch, making it feel like we were truly experiencing the essence of the city.
While our stay was incredible overall, one minor downside was that it took a little effort to find the hotel initially. However, once we arrived, we quickly realized it was completely worth it.
