Exceptionally clean hotel with ideal location in Venice near water taxi and the train station and Rialto bridge. Great breakfast, a lot of food and beverages.

I came here for 5 nights and had a delightful stay. The hotel was a nice base for enjoying a local area, just off a quiet area, away from the main tourist streets, the restaurant, and the main sights in Venice, as well as "insider" tips. It was in a marvellous location not too far from a style church. I ate at the authentic restaurant near the venue. Enjoyed central heating, an individual safe, and flat-screen television in the room. The terrace was good for breakfasts...

The accommodations are very clean, nicely decorated, centrally located in a district worth exploring, with a great authentic restaurant on site, providing a wonderful stay experience.

We got very nice value for our money at this B&B in Venice. The room was spacious, clean, and stylish, exceeding our expectations. The location was perfect, close to all the attractions and fantastic restaurants. The hosts, Matteo and Elisabetta, were the nicest we've ever met and made our stay feel like a home away from home.

The breakfast offerings could be expanded with more variety.

The breakfast served on the rooftop terrace was absolutely amazing, with delicious food and a beautiful view. The location was perfect, being close to all the main sights yet tucked away in a quiet area.
